Sharecare is a new way of thinking in arranging provision at Oldfield Brow Primary School. It aims to think about the needs of both pupils and parents of the school and extend the care and provision to more fully meet everyone's needs.
It is the entire package of support and guidance that is beyond the traditional expectations of a school.
Currently, the school has a number of Sharec@re-type initiatives that run on a regular basis and are well established in the working of the school.
These are
Breakfast Club
After-School Club
Nursery Lunchtime provision
Full-time Nursery places
Parental involvement in Foundation Stage classrooms
Foundation Stage Parent Workshops
Healthy Eating and Healthy Lifestyle agenda
Mother and Toddler Group
Wider range of extra-curricular activities
We have recently received the LPPA Award for our commitment to our work with parents. We are delighted that we have been recognised in this way.
Watch out for the progress that we make!
